COVID Policy

DecodeXP takes the Health and Safety of our participants very seriously and has established safe working practices that go above and beyond those recommended by the UK Government.

We also design each event to client specifications so are able to adapt our processes to comply with corporate or building rules.

Our COVID Safety practices are in constant review and keep up to date with the most current advice.

• All staff undertake a Lateral Flow Test twice a week. 
• All participants will be provided with hand sanitiser (minimum 80% alcohol) pre-experience
• Hand-sanitiser station will be provided in-experience
• Challenger Escapes Staff wear facemasks throughout their time on-site if required. 
• Challenger Escapes will provide health and safety posters if required
• Challenger Escapes will deliver a COVID Symptoms reminder as part of their mandatory pre-experience brief. 
• Challenger Escapes can provide a 2m experience to allow for Social Distancing 
• The Experience location will be fully sanitised between experiences.
