At one of our onboarding projects for a global consultancy, 450 interns took part in a bespoke tabletop escape challenge designed around the company’s Adventure Awaits platform. Participants left with a clear understanding of the business and an average event score of 9.4/10 – the highest-rated activity of the programme. That experience is now being rolled out across offices throughout Europe.
Meanwhile, at Pictet Asset Management’s annual internal conference, we partnered with Story Events to create a 60-minute Escape Room for 450 employees. The game was carefully designed to bring Pictet’s 200-year history and brand identity to life – blending story, symbols and language into each puzzle. From engraved coasters featuring historic logos to custom-built tech hidden inside the game, every element helped reinforce key messages in a way that felt active and engaging.
